Accodation Information
- Linens: Rosebud Resort provides all sheets and towels in all units, but we do not supply pool or lake towels. To receive new linens, please bring all dirty items to the Main Office for exchange.
- Toiletries: We provide extra toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher packets and hand soap at the main office upon request.
- Kitchenware: Rosebud Resort provides basic cookware & appliances including toaster, coffee pot, dishes, silverware, basic pots & pans set, and mixing bowl. Blenders and mixers are not supplied in the room. This does not include our basic motel rooms.
- BBQ Grills: We supply basic Weber Charcoal Grills for all reservations. Charcoal and lighter fluid are not supplied at the time of your reservation. If you would like a grill for your stay, please inform us at time of reservation, so that it will be setup for you before you arrive.
- Departure: Please turn in your room keys to the Main Office at time of check out. Please place all dishes in the dishwasher before check out. Any missing or damaged items will be billed to your credit card.
- If there are any maintenance problems during your stay, please contact the Main Office at (573) 873-9400 and we will be here to help you.
Pet Policy And Animal Service Regulations
- We love our furry friends as much as you love yours. However, for the safety of our guests and staff, pets are not allowed at the resort, with the exception of service animals.
- Lake Animal Hospital in Linn Creek, MO (573) 346-5733 is located near Rosebud Resort for boarding or care.
- Upon departure if evidence of a pet is discovered in any of our properties without booking them, you will be charged a $200.00 fee. This fee will cover the extra clean-up associated with having a pet in the unit. If there is damage resulting from a pet you will be charged for the repairs or replacement in addition to the $200.00 fee mentioned above.
- If you have a service animal, we welcome you and your service animal to Rosebud Resort. Please inform the front desk that you will have a service animal in the room for emergency purposes. At check-in, please confirm the service animal at the front desk.
- Rosebud Resort has the right to ask you to remove your service animal from the premises if the animal is out of control and the vowner doesn’t take effective action, the animal is not housebroken, aggressive or destructive.
- Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused by their service animal.
- Service animals are to be with the owner at all times and to not be left in the room unattended.
- Service animals must be leashed, harnessed or tethered unless these items interfere with the service animal’s work, or the individual’s disability prevents using these items.
- In those cases, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
